Can I format the story description/teaser text?

The text editor toolbar is not accessible when editing story teaser text because those descriptions are used for opengraph information, and opengraph descriptions do not allow formatting of any kind. However, while we strongly discourage formatting teaser text, there is an intentionally hidden workaround. To make something italic, you can manually place it within “<em></em>” tags, or make something bold with “<strong></strong>” tags and hit “save”. No other formatting options are available for teaser text.
