How do I announce an issue?

WebEdition's email editing tool is optimized to integrate with Mailchimp for email-sending.

How to export your issue email:

1. After publishing your issue, choose "Generate email" (at the bottom of your issue/TOC page). Edit the body text if you'd like. Then, choose "Save & preview."
2. At this point, you will be able to preview your email. If you'd like to edit again, do so. Otherwise, choose "Get email code."
3. To send the email to your subscribers, create a new Mailchimp campaign by importing from this URL. (See instructions from Mailchimp here.)*

*To send this email using a bulk email service that is not Mailchimp, copy the HTML (available in step 3 above) and modify the unsubscribe link to match your platform’s requirements. File a ticket through our Support system if you have trouble with this.
